Equipment Workshops (Wheels and/or Electric Kilns)

What to Expect

There is no better way to learn how to repair pottery wheels and electric kilns than to do it hands-on and in person. Your fleet of wheels and kilns is the perfect playground for your students, staff, and community members to learn it all!

❋ Information Gathering

We work with the staff member(s) who oversee the studio to gather all the information about your equipment, such as the make and model. We start diagnosing issues and recommending priced-down replacement parts via phone and email support before the workshop.

❋ Collaborative Advertising

We work together to network and advertise to other community members who would benefit from this workshop. You may choose to host a free, open-to-the-public workshop or charge a per-person fee, as you’d like.

❋ Workshop Perks

Your studio benefits from having your wheels and kilns refurbished and renewed under guided oversight, with a final quality control check to ensure safe functionality. All repairs are insured by our LLC, and we follow OSHA standards for electrical work.

❋ Continuing Technical Support

Your studio continues to receive phone and email support for all equipment questions and issues after hosting a workshop. Video appointments are available to walk you through any future repairs at no additional cost.
